Twinkle Papers Ltd
Initial public issue of upto 39,88,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Twinkle Papers Limited ("TPL or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 64-69 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 54-59 per equity share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 25.52-27.52 Crores ("the Issue"), of which upto 2,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 64-69 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 54-59 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 1.28-1.38 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of upto 37,88,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each including a share premium of Rs. 54-59 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 24.24-26.14 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.32% and 25.00%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. Price Band: Rs. 64.00/- to Rs. 69.00/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10.00/- each. The floor price is 6.4 times of the face value and cap price is 6.9 times of the face value of the equity shares. Bids can be made for a minimum of two lot (lot size consist of 2000 equity shares each) and in multiples of 2000 equity shares thereafter.
