Initial public offering of up to 22,504,324 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each ("Equity Shares") of Arisinfra Solutions Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 222 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 220 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 499.60 crores (the "Issue").
