Initial public offer of up to 28,30,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each (the "equity shares") of Austere Systems Limited ("the company" or the "issuer") for cash at an issue price of Rs. Price band: Rs. 52 to Rs. 55 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each. The floor price and the cap price are 5.2 times and 5.5 times the face value of the equity shares, respectively. Bids can be made for a minimum of 4000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each and in multiples of 2000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each thereafter.
