Optivalue Tek Consulting Ltd
Initial public offering of up to 61,69,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Optivalue Tek Consulting Limited ("Optivalue" or "the Company" or "the Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. [*]/- per equity share (Including a Premium of Rs. [*] per equity Share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. [*] crores ("the Issue") by the company. The issue comprises a reservation of which upto 3,13,600 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each will be reserved for subscription by market maker reservations portion and a net issue to the public of 58,56,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each is hereinafter referred to as the net issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute [*] and [*] respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. Price band: Rs. 80 to Rs. 84 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each. The floor price and the cap price are 8 times and 8.4 times the face value of the equity shares, respectively. Bids can be made for a minimum of 1600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each and in multiples of 1600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each thereafter.
