Initial public offering of 23,47,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Jayesh Logistics Limited ("Jayesh or "the Company" or "the Company" or "the Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs.[*] per equity share (including a premium of Rs. [*]/- per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. [*] ("the Issue") of which [*] equity shares aggregating to Rs. The price to earning ratio based on basic & diluted eps for the financial year 2024-25 at the floor price is 10.02 times and at the cap price is 10.54. Bid can be made for a minimum of 1000 equity shares and in multiples of 1000 equity shares thereafter.
