Initial public offer of up to 39,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Dachepalli Publishers Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 100 - Rs. 102 per equity share, including a share premium of Rs. 90 - Rs. 92 per equity share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 39.6 - Rs. 40.39 crores ("the Issue"), of which 39,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 100 - Rs. 102 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 39.6 - Rs. 40.39 crores will be reserved for subscriptions by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e., issue of up to [*] equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. [*]/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs.
