Initial public offering up to 63,15,200 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of JD Cables Limited ("JCL" or the "Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. [*] /- per equity share (the "Offer Price"), aggregating to Rs. [*] crores ("the Offer"), comprising a fresh offer of up to 55,53,600 equity shares aggregating to Rs. [*] crores by the company ("Fresh Offer") and an offer for sale of up to 7,61,600 equity shares by Piyush Goradia ("the Selling Shareholder") aggregating to Rs. [*] crores ("Offer for Sale") out of the offer, 3,16,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. [*] crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The offer less the market maker reservation portion i.e. offer of up to 59,99,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00/- each at an offer price of Rs. [*]/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. [*] crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer". The offer and the net offer will constitute 28.00 % and 26.60 %, respectively of the post offer paid up equity share capital of our company. Price Band: Rs. 144/- to Rs. 152/- for equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each. The floor price is 14.40 times times the face value and cap price is 15.2 times of the face value of the equity shares. Bids can made for a minimum of 1,600 equity shares and in multiples of 800 equity shares thereafter.
