JSW Steel's Long-Term credit rating upgraded to AA+ by ICRA with a stable outlook

JSW Steel Ltd announced that ICRA Limited has upgraded its Long-Term credit rating to [ICRA] AA+ with a stable outlook, previously [ICRA] ‘AA’ with a rating watch with positive implications. The upgrade applies to Long-Term Fund Based Term Loans/ Standby Letter of Credit Facilities, Long-Term/ Short -Term - Fund Based / Non-Fund Based Long-Term rating, Short-Term Fund Based / Non - Fund Based Facilities reaffirmed at [ICRA] A1+, and Non-Convertible Debentures, all previously rated [ICRA] ‘AA’ with a rating watch with positive implications. Additionally, ICRA reaffirmed the Commercial Paper rating at [ICRA] A1+ and upgraded the rating for INE019A07415, INE019A07423, INE019A08058, INE019A07464, and INE019A07456 Non-Convertible Debentures to [ICRA] ‘AA+’ Stable, with a stable outlook, marking an upgrade from the previous rating.
