Shakti Pumps India bags Rs 21-cr off-grid solar project from Jharkhand RE Agency

The total order value stands at Rs 19.29 crore, which amounts to Rs 21 crore. The project is expected to be completed within 120 days from the date of the notice to proceed (NTP).

The company confirmed that neither its promoters nor promoter group have any interest in the entity awarding the order, and the contract does not qualify as a related party transaction.

Shakti Pumps (India) manufactures solar pumps, energy-efficient stainless-steel submersible pumps, pressure booster pumps, pump motors, and other products.

The company's consolidated net profit declined 10.56% to Rs 90.71 crore in Q2 FY26 compared with Rs 101.42 crore in Q2 FY25. Revenue from operations rose 5% YoY to Rs 666.35 crore in Q2 Sept 2025.

Shares of Shakti Pumps India fell 0.99% to Rs 706.25 on the BSE.
