Astra Microwave rises after JV secures Rs 250 crore HAL order

Astra Rafael Comsys, the company's JV, received an order worth Rs 250.58 crore from Hindustan Aeronautics. The order is for the supply of software defined radios (SDRs).

The contract is domestic in nature and will be executed within 18 months. The company said it will receive a portion of the business from the order.

Software defined radios are used in defence communication systems.

Astra Microwave Products is a defence electronics company. On a consolidated basis, the company's net profit declined 1.31% to Rs 46.81 crore while net sales rose 0.66% to Rs 260.25 crore in Q3 December 2025 over Q3 December 2024.
