V2 Retail Q4 revenue climbs 60% YoY to Rs 798 cr

The company achieved 7.74% same store sales growth (SSSG) in Q4 FY26. This was enabled by the company's data-backed assortment strategy and product-first mindset, which delivered high sell-through and minimized markdowns.

Duirng the quarter, the company opened 33 new stores and closed 2 stores, with a strategic focus on the consumption-driven demand in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

The total retail footprint expanded to approximately 35 lakh square feet across India with store count standing at 325 stores as on March 31, 2026.

V2 Retail is one of the fastest-growing retail company in India and enjoys strong brand equity from customers across segments. The company offers a portfolio of products, including apparel and lifestyle products.

The company's consolidated net profit surged 99.37% to Rs 102.06 crore in Q3 FY26 compared with rs 51.19 crore in Q3 FY25. Revenue from operations increased 57.24% YoY to Rs 929.17 crore during the quarter Q4 FY26.

The counter fell 1.66% to Rs 186.30 on the BSE.
