Advance Agrolife bags Rs 30-cr LoI from National Fertilizers

As per a regulatory filing, the contract will be executed against a security deposit of 5% of the contract value, with payments to be made within 90 days from the date of invoice.

The scope of work includes supply of agrochemicals to NFL's marketing territory, based on specific requirements during the contract period, which is valid till 30 September 2026. The company stated that the order has been awarded by a domestic entity. It further clarified that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction.

Advance Agrolife is engaged in the business of manufacturing and distributing a broad spectrum of technical and formulated grades of agrochemicals.

The company's standalone net profit rose 8.3% to Rs 3.01 crore on a 17.2% rise in revenue from operations to Rs 132.64 crore in Q3 FY26 over Q3 FY25.

Shares of Advance Agrolife shed 7.73% to end at Rs 107.97 on 10 April 2026.
