JTL Inds bags Rs 27-cr order from HPSCSC for GI pipes supply in Himachal Pradesh

The order involves the supply of 3,425 metric tonnes of galvanised iron (GI) pipes to various divisions of Jal Shakti Vibhag across Himachal Pradesh.

The execution period for the order is 60 days from the date of issuance of the supply order. The contract is domestic in nature and is a one-time supply order, the company said.

JTL Industries clarified that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding entity, nor the contract does not fall under related party transactions.

The order has been awarded by HPSCSC, a state-run procurement agency responsible for civil supplies in Himachal Pradesh.

Chandigarh-based JTL Industries is engaged in manufacturing of steel tubes. Its product range includes DFT structural pipes, GI pipes, MS black pipes, hollow sections, solar structures, HR coils and phosphorous bronze, copper and brass alloys, among others, which cater to various industrial and infrastructural applications. The company operates manufacturing facilities in Punjab, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh and Himachal Pradesh (including its subsidiaries).

The company's consolidated net profit jumped 104.69% to Rs 34.41 crore on 47.54% jump in revenue from operations to Rs 692.68 crore in Q4 FY26 over Q4 FY25.

The scrip tanked 3.44% to Rs 71.60 on the BSE.
