Prima Plastics Ltd’s bank facilities reaffirmed as ‘BBB+/Stable’ and ‘A2’ by Crisil

Prima Plastics Ltd announced that both Crisil and Crisil Ratings have reaffirmed the ratings on its bank facilities, removing them from ‘Rating Watch with Developing Implications’. Specifically, Crisil reaffirmed the ‘Crisil BBB+/Stable’ rating on bank facilities amounting to 60 crores, alongside the ‘Crisil A2’ rating on bank facilities, both previously under watch; additionally, Crisil Ratings reaffirmed the ‘BBB+/Stable’ rating on bank facilities of Rs.60 Crore and the ‘A2’ rating on bank facilities of Rs.60 Crore, also previously under watch, while noting a Cash Credit facility with Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited of 18.5, rated ‘BBB+/Stable’, a Non-Fund Based Limit with Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited of 3.5, rated ‘A2’, a Term Loan with Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited of 18, rated ‘BBB+/Stable’, and a Working Capital Facility with Axis Bank Limited of 20, rated ‘BBB+/Stable’, with no rating information available for other instruments or facilities.
