Epuja Spiritech raises Rs 60 crore through a rights issue to eligible shareholders

Epuja Spiritech Limited (formerly Sagar Productions Limited) announced a rights issue to raise up to Rs 60,00,00,000 (Sixty Crore) through the offer and issuance of fully-paid equity shares with a face value of Rs 1 each, to eligible shareholders as of a record date to be determined, subject to regulatory approvals; the Board has authorized a Rights Issue Committee to finalize details including the rights entitlement ratio and issue price. The Board also approved an enhancement of inter-corporate loan/guarantee/security/investment limits up to Rs 100 crore, an addition to the Memorandum of Association’s object clause, and an increase in authorized share capital, while appointing Megha Kamal Samdani & Co. as the scrutinizer for the postal ballot.
