CRISIL Ratings affirmed Arfin India Ltd's ratings, including bank loan facilities totaling Rs. 129.21 Crores

Arfin India Ltd announced that CRISIL Ratings Limited has taken no action on its existing ratings, affirming the long-term rating of CRISIL BBB/ Stable and the short-term rating of CRISIL A3+ for the Total bank Loan Facilities amounting to Rs. 129.21 Crores, alongside maintaining CRISIL A3+ for a Bank Guarantee of Rs. 4.5 Crore. The rating agency also confirmed CRISIL BBB/Stable for Cash Credit facilities of Rs. 39 Crore (YES Bank Limited), Rs. 13.7 Crore (Standard Chartered Bank), and Rs. 30 Crore (State Bank of India), as well as for an Overdraft Facility of Rs. 2 Crore (IDBI Bank Limited), a Proposed Working Capital Facility of Rs. 13.32 Crore, a Tenn Loan of Rs. 0.63 Crore (Tata Capital Limited), a Tenn Loan of Rs. 1.42 Crore (Standard Chartered Bank), a Tenn Loan of Rs. 8 Crore (Shinhan Bank), a Tenn Loan of Rs. 1.81 Crore (State Bank of India), a Tenn Loan of Rs. 3.83 Crore (Bajaj Finance Limited), and a Tenn Loan of Rs. 11 Crore (YES Bank Limited); no other rating agencies were involved, and no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were noted.
