Kuantum Papers Ltd recently announced credit rating actions and affirmations from multiple agencies, including India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra), Crisil, and India Ratings & Research Private Limited. Ind-Ra affirmed its ratings on Bank loan facilities amounting to Rs 11,413.4, Fixed deposit of Rs 330, and another Fixed deposit of Rs 70, all carrying IND A-/Stable/IND A2+ except for the latter which was newly assigned. Additionally, Ind-Ra expressed a credible belief and noted that Long Term Bank Loans carry an IND AAA rating, while Bonds are rated BBB+ with a Stable outlook, and Long Term Bank Loan is also rated IND AAA with a Stable rating outlook. Crisil affirmed the rating on Commercial Paper at Rs 100 crore with an A1+ rating, cautioning a possible downgrade if profitability declines significantly, while India Ratings & Research Private Limited reaffirmed a BBB+ rating (Stable) on Bank Loan Facility of Rs 500 Crore and IND-BB (Stable) on Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs 200 Crore. Several other instruments, including numerous Term loans, Fund-based and Non-fund-based working capital limits, and additional Term loans, were affirmed with IND A-/Stable and IND A2+ ratings, facilitated by various lenders including RBI, HDFC Bank Limited, Canara Bank, Indian Bank, RBL Bank, State Bank of India, Yes Bank Ltd, Bajaj Finance, OXY ZO Financial Services Private Limited, Shinhan Bank, and Vivriti Capital Limited.
