Chiraharit Limited secures Rs 49.00 lakh purchase order from Mahindra Susten for MCS System supply

Chiraharit Limited has received a purchase order from Mahindra Susten Private Limited for Rs 49,00,000 (Rupees Forty-Nine Lakhs only), excluding GST, to supply, install, test, and commission an MCS System. The order, purchase order number 5300030347 dated July 28, 2026, is for a domestic location in Maharashtra and includes installation and service, with the execution schedule as per the purchase order. According to the company, neither the promoter group nor any group companies have an interest in Mahindra Susten, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
