Sterlite Technologies secures Rs 960 crore optical fibre cable supply order from a domestic telecom operator

Sterlite Technologies Limited announced it has received an order from a domestic telecom operator for the supply of optical fibre cables as per customer specifications, with a broad consideration of approximately Rs 960 Cr. The multi-year supply agreement spans fiscal years 2028 and 2029, with a potential extension of another 2 years based on mutual agreement. The order was awarded by a domestic entity, and neither the promoter group nor any group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, nor does the transaction constitute a related party transaction.
