Raymond Realty Ltd. secures reaffirmations for debt instruments totaling Rs. 2,530 crores from CARE Ratings

Raymond Realty Ltd announced reaffirmations from CARE Ratings Limited regarding its various debt instruments, including Total Long Term Bank Facilities amounting to Rs.1,000 crores, Rs.730 crores, and Rs.500 crores, all carrying a CARE A+; Stable and CARE A-; Stable rating respectively, with the Rs.730 crores facility enhanced from Rs.500 crores; reaffirmations were also extended to Term Loans from Bajaj Finance Ltd (Rs.325.00), Axis Finance Ltd (Rs.200.00 and Rs.150.00), Standard Chartered Bank (Rs.355.00 and Rs.75.00), Bajaj Housing Finance Ltd. (Rs.300.00), and Yes Bank Ltd (Rs.300.00), alongside proposed Term Loans of Rs.325.00 and Rs.700.00, while CareEdge Ratings and other agencies provided general rating opinions and disclaimers without assigning specific ratings to instruments; CARE Ratings Ltd. also noted the possibility of annual surveillance/review and continuous monitoring of bank facilities.
