Bharat Petroleum's Rs 1,05,000 crore debt reaffirmed as AAA/Stable by Crisil Ratings

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd announced that Crisil Ratings Limited has reaffirmed the credit ratings for its outstanding debt instruments, including Bank Loan Facilities with a total amount of Rs 1,05,000 crore, rated Crisil AAA/Stable and Crisil A1+; Non-Convertible Debentures for future issuances up to Rs 10,000 crore, rated Crisil AAA/Stable; Commercial Paper with ISIN INE029A14BY2 amounting to Rs 1,000, rated Crisil A1+; Commercial Paper with ISIN INE029A14BX4 amounting to Rs 3,000, rated Crisil A1+; and Commercial Paper for future issuances up to Rs 6,000, rated Crisil A1+, with no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals noted by the rating agency.
