Waaree Energies Ltd announced that it has received an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Rating of 68.61, categorized as “Leader,” from Niche Ninety Nine Capability and Certifications (OPC) Private Limited (“Niche99 ESG Ratings”), a SEBI Registered ESG – Rating Provider; the rating was assigned based on publicly available information without any participation or data provision from the company. The company did not engage Niche99 ESG Ratings for the evaluation or issuance of its ESG Rating, and there are no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals related to any instruments, including the aforementioned ESG Rating of 68.61, which was communicated to the company via email on November 03, 2026, at 12:34 P.M. (IST).
