Initial public issue of up to 34,46,400 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of LAPL Automotive Limited ("The Company" or "LAPL" or the "Issuer") for cash at an price of Rs. 94 per equity share (including a securities premium of Rs. 84 per equity share ("Issue Price"), aggregating up to Rs. 32.40 Crores ("the Issue") of which up to 1,72,800 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 1.62 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue ("Market Maker Reservation Portion").
