Injecto Polymers Ltd
Initial public issue of upto 56,12,400 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each of Injecto Polymers Limited. ("Injecto" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at an issue price of Rs. 100 per equity share ("Issue Price") including a share premium of Rs. 90 per equity share), aggregating to Rs. 56.12 Crores ("The Issue"), out of which, upto 2,83,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 100 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 2.83 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of upto 53,29,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 100 per equity share aggregating up to Rs.53.29 ("Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.00% and 25.63% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. Price Band: Rs. 100 per equity share of face value Rs. 10/- each. The floor price is 10.00 times the face value of the equity shares. Bids can be made for a minimum of 2,400 equity shares and in multiples of 1,200 equity shares thereafter.
