Initial public offer of upto 39,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of FX Multitech Limited ("The Company" or "FX Multitech" or "The Offeror") at an offer price of Rs. 110-116 per equity share for cash, aggregating up to Rs. 42.9-45.24 Crores ("Public Offer") comprising of fresh offer of up to 35,52,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 39.07-41.20 Crores ("Fresh Offer") and an offer for sale of up to 3,48,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (the "Offered Shares") aggregating up to Rs. 3.83-4.04 Crores ("Offer For Sale") comprising of 87,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 0.96-1.01 Crores each by Subhash Agarwal, Selvaraj Rangaswamy, Anita Agarwal and Kanagalakshmi Selvaraj ("collectively referred to as the promoter selling shareholders"). The offer includes a reservation of up to 1,96,800 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each, at an offer price of Rs. 110-116 per equity share for cash, aggregating up to Rs. 2.16-2.28 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the offer (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The public offer less market maker reservation portion i.e. Net offer of up to 37,03,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, at an offer price of Rs. 110-116 per equity share for cash, aggregating upto Rs. 40.74-42.96 Crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Offer".
