Initial public issue of up to 13,50,000* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Omara Ventures India Ltd ("Omara" or "The Company" or "The Issuer") for cash at a price Rs. 311 per equity share (Including a share premium of Rs. 301 per equity share) ("The Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 41.99 Crores, of which upto 68,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 311 of the equity shares.per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 301 per equity share aggregating up to Rs. 2.11 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (" Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Net issue of up to 12,82,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 311 per equity share including a share premium of up to Rs. 301 aggregating to Rs. 39.87 Crores ( is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute up to 30.96% and 29.40%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10/- each. Price Band: Rs. 311.00 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10.00 each. The floor price is 31.1 times the face value of the equity shares. Bids can made for a minimum of 2 lots of 400 equity shares and in multiples of 400 equity shares thereafter.
