Vishnu Prakash R Punglia's bank loan facilities downgraded to IVR C+/Stable by Infomerics

Vishnu Prakash R Punglia Ltd announced rating actions from multiple agencies, including Infomerics Valuation and Rating Ltd, Infomerics, Care Ratings Limited, and SEBI, MCA, RBI. Infomerics Valuation and Rating Ltd downgraded the Bank Loan Facilities amounting to 960.00 Crore to IVR C+/Stable (long term) and IVR A4 (short term), while Infomerics downgraded Total Bank Loan Facilities of Rs. 960.00 Crore to IVR C+/Stable and the Short Term to IVR A4; the regulator also noted an outlook of Stable, reflecting continued benefit from market position, management, and an unexecuted order pipeline of Rs. 4,391 crore. Care Ratings Limited has continued an Issuer Not Cooperating status, while IVR has assigned ratings of IVR C+/Stable to several overdraft facilities ranging from 5.00 to 100.00 and IVR A4 to various bank guarantee facilities totaling 275.00, 285.00, 75.00, 85.00, and 40.00. The rating agencies also highlighted stretched liquidity, operational losses in Q1FY27, and a decline in Debt from 707.23 as of 31-03-2025 to 654.83 as of 31-03-2026.
