CARE Ratings reaffirmed ratings for Birla Corporation's debt instruments, including Rs 696.00 in bank facilities

Birla Corporation Ltd. announced reaffirmations and an assignment from multiple rating agencies regarding its various debt instruments, with CARE Ratings Limited playing a significant role; CARE Ratings reaffirmed ratings on Long Term Bank Facilities at Rs 696.00 with an enhanced rating from 526.00 and reaffirmed Long Term/Short Term Bank Facilities at Rs 960.00 (CARE AA, Outlook: Stable/ CARE A1+), alongside reaffirming ratings on Non-convertible Debentures totaling Rs 100.00 (Rs 80.00 and Rs 20.00), LT-Cash Credit of Rs 400.00, LT-Term Loan of Rs 296.00, and Fund-based/Non-fund-based facilities of Rs 960.00, all carrying a CARE AA; Stable rating, while also assigning a CARE AAA rating with a Stable outlook to a long-term bank loan facility of Rs 500 crore; CareEdge Ratings reaffirmed bank loan facilities and instruments, and noted a monitoring stance regarding capex execution and profitability, alongside acknowledging the company’s ESG commitment and a strong credit profile.
