Reliance Communications Limited reported the Supreme Court of India dismissed review petitions on July 28, 2026, upholding the February 13, 2026 judgment regarding Civil Appeals No. 4570 and 4571 of 2021. The ruling, posted September 8, 2026, impacts the resolution plans for Reliance Communications and Reliance Telecom Limited, currently before the National Company Law Tribunal in Mumbai.


Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Ltd announced ICRA has placed its ratings on rating watch with positive implications, linked to a proposed association with the GRT group. ICRA placed Rs 900.00 crore in fund-based facilities, Rs 15.00 crore in term loans, and other facilities on watch. ICRA withdrew the Issuer rating of [ICRA]A- (Stable).


Digilogic Systems Limited, formerly Digilogic Systems Private Limited, received a Rs 2.30 Crores purchase order from a Defence PSU for ATE FOR ESS TESTING of HOMODYNE and QSRx. The order, involving supply, installation, and commissioning, was awarded domestically and delivery is expected by December 2026. The transaction involves no related party interests.


SRG Housing Finance Ltd, on September 11, 2026, reported that Acuité Ratings & Research Limited reaffirmed its ratings, assigning an Acuite A-; Stable with Developing Implications. The ratings cover a Long term Bank loan of Rs 1175.00 crore, NCDs of Rs 76.00 crore, and proposed NCDs of Rs 48.00 crore, totaling Rs 1299.00 crore in rated exposure.


IFCI Ltd announced that ICRA Limited reaffirmed its ratings for debt instruments, including ‘ICRA’ B+ for bank limits and Long Term Bonds, and ‘ICRA’ A4’ for Commercial Paper.
