Suratwwala Natural Energy Resource Private Limited secured a Rs 69 Crores EPC contract from Shree Tatyasaheb Kore Warana SSK Ltd. for a 20MWAC / 28.1 MW DC solar power plant in Sangli, Maharashtra. The project includes design, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and operation & maintenance, with a guaranteed generation of 42.0048 MUs annually, completed within 4 months.


Desco Infratech Ltd. shares rose 3.55% to Rs 186.7, up 15.78% over one week, with trading volume at 24000 shares. The company received a Letter of Intent on September 17, 2026, from Sabarmati Gas Ltd. for Rs 5,861,642.45 to lay a gas pipeline in Gujarat. Year-over-year, Desco declined 20.72%, underperforming the NIFTY50’s 8.01% loss.


Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd. (DICABS) shares fell 2.94% to Rs 383.15, despite a 9.00% weekly gain. The company secured a Rs 263.25 crore purchase order from an EPC contractor on September 16, 2026, for Maharashtra’s Bhandup region. Trading volume was 4.1 lakh shares, down 59.92%, with a 150.13% year-over-year jump.


Kalind Limited withdrew its warrant issuance plan, approving instead the allotment of up to 8,60,86,956 fully paid-up equity shares, valued at Rs 98,99,99,994, to SRM Global, Orange AI Tech, and Eroc Colorant. Shares are priced at Rs 11.50, with a Rs 9.50 premium. Post-allotment, promoters will hold 12.39%, and public shareholders 87.61%.


Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants Limited received a Letter of Acceptance for a Tripura road development project, valued at Rs 2,97,51,680, from National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited. The project, executed on an EPC basis under a JICA ODA Loan, involves a 134.913 km stretch of NH-208 from Khowai to Harina and does not involve related parties.
