Toyam Sports Ltd shares rose 3.95% to Rs 0.79 after reporting a 63.27% drop in net profit to Rs 1.26 crore, with flat revenue of Rs 0.06 crore in Q2FY26. Profit before tax rose 80.00% year-on-year to Rs 1.26 crore, while total expenses plunged 61.92% to Rs 1.31 crore. The stock has gained 17.93% in the last month.


Share India Securities Ltd received revised ratings from Infomerics Valuation and Rating Pvt. Ltd on September 17, 2026, for Bank Loan Facilities of Rs 1600 and a Proposed Commercial Paper Programme of Rs 200, both now rated IVR A4. Previously rated by Infomerics, the company now also holds reaffirmed ratings from CRISIL, dated August 17, 2026, and CARE Ratings for its Non-Convertible Debentures.


GMM Pfaudler Ltd disclosed that Crisil Ratings reaffirmed its credit ratings on September 17, 2026. The ratings include a Crisil AA-/Stable for long-term bank loan facilities of INR 600 crore, and a Crisil A1+ for short-term bank loan facilities. Kalind Limited withdrew its warrant issuance plan, approving instead the allotment of up to 8,60,86,956 fully paid-up equity shares, valued at Rs 98,99,99,994, to SRM Global, Orange AI Tech, and Eroc Colorant. Shares are priced at Rs 11.50, with a Rs 9.50 premium. Post-allotment, promoters will hold 12.39%, and public shareholders 87.61%.


Gconnect Logitech and Supply Chain Limited intends to raise Rs 41 crore via a rights issue of equity shares, valued at Rs 10 each, pending regulatory approvals. The board appointed Ketur Shah as an Independent Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Further rights issue details are annexed, and Mr. Shah possesses over 15 years of financial services experience.
