KPI Green Energy Ltd. received reaffirmations and assignments from ICRA Limited and ICRA for various debt instruments. These include Bank Facilities totaling Rs 4937.61, Non-convertible debentures of Rs 594.63, and a new Rs 670.0 crore NCD programme with a partial credit guarantee, all rated [ICRA]AA+ (Stable). Trading volume and share price were not mentioned.


Yaan Enterprises Limited, previously Crown Tours Ltd, received a purchase order for yellow maize valued at Rs 15.86 Crores from State Agri Horticultural Development Co-operative Society Limited – Thiruvananthapuram. The order, due within two months, includes an advance payment of Rs 3 Crores, with the balance due within 45 days post-supply and certification. No related parties are involved in the transaction.


Share India Securities Limited will seek to raise up to Rs 200 crore via a preferential issue of convertible warrants, with the Finance Committee finalizing terms. The company also approved a new financial services subsidiary, potentially involving an investment of up to Rs 120 crore, in tranches. Details regarding investors and pricing will be released post-allotment.


SUGS Lloyd Limited received a Letter of Award from M/s Marshal Enterprises for infrastructure work in Punjab, valued at Rs 213,47,86,468, including GST. The project, initially awarded by PSPCL, will be completed within 15 months. The company confirmed no related-party interest exists, and the order does not constitute a Related Party Transaction.


Gopalkumar Girdharbhai Ranparia, Managing Director, announced that the company’s registered office will relocate from Maharashtra to Gujarat. This move, effective September 22, 2026, follows an order from the Hon’ble Regional Director, Western Region-I. The change will also include an amendment to clause II of the company’s Memorandum of Association.
