Tuni Textile Mills Ltd. shares rose 3.77% to Rs 1.65, up 42.24% in the last week, with trading volume surging 262.54% to 39.37 lakh shares. The company secured three domestic purchase orders, valued between Rs 295.13 million and Rs 301.73 million, for 1.975 million meters of fabric, delivery by January 5, 2027.


Goenka Business & Finance Ltd. declared a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per share for FY 2025-26, with a record date of 2 October 2026. The stock has seen significant gains, rising 27.90% in the last week, 34.67% in the last month, and 28.03% over the past year, with average weekly volume of 73.33%.


KPI Green Energy Ltd. received reaffirmations and assignments from ICRA Limited and ICRA for various debt instruments. These include Bank Facilities totaling Rs 4937.61, Rs 350.00, Rs 1036.00, Rs 487.00, Rs 223.00, Rs 16.00, and Non-convertible debentures of Rs 594.63, rated [ICRA]AA+ (CE) (Stable). ICRA also assigned an initial [ICRA]AA+(CE) (Stable) rating for a Rs 670.0 crore NCD programme.


Manoj Ceramic Ltd. received credit ratings from Acuite Ratings & Research Limited and ACUITE. Instruments rated include Cash Credit and Bank Facilities totaling 50.00 with an ACUITE BBB rating and Stable outlook. Additional ratings were assigned to Bank Loans of 50.00, Cash Credit of 30.00, 14.50, and a 5.50 facility, all with RBI involvement.


Federal Bank Ltd. announced rating actions from India Ratings and Research. IND AA+/Stable was affirmed on Basel III Tier 2 debt of 17,000 and infrastructure bonds of 15,000. A BWR A2+ rating was assigned to Tier II Bonds totaling 100,000,000; IND A1+ was confirmed on Certificates of Deposit amounting to 50,000,000, and IND AAA was maintained on Long Term Debt of 250,000,000, currently under review.
