Aegis Logistics Limited seeks to raise up to Rs 6,000 crore via equity shares, bonds, ADRs, GDRs, debentures, and other securities, potentially in multiple tranches and denominated in rupees or foreign currencies. Subject to shareholder approval and regulatory clearances, the Board will determine terms, including pricing. Borrowing limits are increased to Rs 6,000 crore, with a Fund Raising Committee established.
