Accord Transformer & Switchgear Limited received new purchase orders totaling Rs 8,63,89,000 (excluding GST) from two entities. One order, valued at Rs 8,39,39,000, came from a private sector electrical company, while Good Earth Renewable Services Private Limited placed an order for Rs 24,50,000. The orders, received between September 29, 2026, and today, will be fulfilled within one to three months.


Luxury Time Limited received a final compounding order from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, resolving defaults in consolidated financial statement filings for financial years 2019-20 through 2023-24. Chairman Ashok Goel and Director Pawan Chohan paid a total compounding fee of Rs 5,00,000, Rs 1,00,000 per year. The company will file Form INC-28; the resolution has no material financial or operational impact.


Neptune Logitek Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on September 29th, 2026, that CRISIL Ratings Limited has assigned a long-term credit rating of Crisil BB/Stable to its total bank loan facilities of Rs. 70 Crore. The company disclosed this rating for informational purposes, noting it has not issued debt securities, and no other agencies participated.


Bluestone Jewellery & Lifestyle Ltd. received a credit rating of IND A-/Stable/IND A2+ from India Ratings and Research Private Limited. The rating applies to bank loan facilities totaling 9,000 INR million, according to a September 29, 2026 report. The rating agency noted no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals.


Indag Rubber Ltd’s ratings were reaffirmed by ICRA Limited, including Long-term [ICRA]A- (Negative) and Short-term [ICRA]A2+, both under consideration. ICRA also reaffirmed [ICRA]A- (Negative) for Rs. 3.40 of fund-based credit and [ICRA]A2+ for Rs. 25.00 of a bank guarantee, alongside ratings from Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, valid until September 29, 2026. Interest coverage improved to 7.62 times in FY2026.
