Accord Transformer & Switchgear Limited received new purchase orders totaling Rs 8,63,89,000 (excluding GST) from two entities. One order, valued at Rs 8,39,39,000, came from a private sector electrical company, while Good Earth Renewable Services Private Limited placed an order for Rs 24,50,000. The orders, received between September 29, 2026, and today, will be fulfilled within one to three months.


Primo Chemicals Ltd. received a credit rating review from CRISIL Ratings Limited for its total bank loan facilities of Rs. 180 Crore. The ratings assigned are a Long Term Rating of Crisil BBB/Stable and a Short Term Rating of Crisil A3+, as detailed in an email dated 30.09.2026, and available on the company website.


Bhageria Industries Ltd. received credit rating actions from CARE Ratings Limited and CareEdge Ratings. CARE Ratings reaffirmed and removed from Rating Watch the Long-term / Short-term Bank Facilities of INR 91.00 Crores with a CARE A; Stable / CARE A1 (RWN) rating, and assigned a BBB rating to Long-term bank loan facilities of INR 100 crore. CARE Ratings noted the issuer is not cooperating, triggering continuous monitoring.


Innova Captab Ltd received credit rating revisions from CARE Ratings Limited, CareEdge Ratings, and another agency. CARE Ratings upgraded Long Term Bank Facilities from CARE A; Positive to CARE A+; Stable, decreasing the amount from 426.72 to 419.60, and Short Term Bank Facilities to CARE A1+. Ratings for some facilities are listed as "ISSUER NOT COOPERATING."


ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd shares fell 0.22% to Rs 461.0. Q1FY26 net profit rose 61.15% to Rs 623.91 crore, with revenue up 62.42% to Rs 19180.08 crore. However, PBT plunged 52.96% year-on-year to Rs 281.34 crore, and the stock has declined 21.76% in the last year.
