Prism Johnson's debt ratings upgraded by India Ratings, reaffirming AAA rating for Rs 1000 crore

Prism Johnson Ltd. announced rating actions from India Ratings and Research, with the agency upgrading the company's Non-convertible Debentures and Bank Loan Facilities to IND AA-/Positive, previously rated IND A+/Positive. India Ratings also affirmed the Commercial Paper Program at IND A1+, withdrew the rating for Fixed Deposit facilities due to no outstanding term deposits, and reaffirmed the rating for Long-term bank facilities at AAA for an amount of 1000 crore, alongside reaffirming Long-term borrowings at IND BBB+ for 500 crore. Additionally, India Ratings upgraded the Long-term bank loan facilities from 23,776 to 22,583.40, and affirmed the Short Term rating at IND A1+.
