GIC Housing Finance Ltd. secures credit ratings from ICRA Ltd. for instruments totaling Rs. 11,230 crores

GIC Housing Finance Ltd. announced the receipt of credit ratings from ICRA Ltd. on August 7, 2026, pertaining to various instruments including Long Term Bank Facilities aggregating to Rs. 9000 crores, Short Term Bank Facilities aggregating to Rs. 1000 crores, NCDs aggregating to Rs. 1230 crores, NCDs aggregating to Rs. 500 crores, NCDs aggregating to Rs. 300 crores, and Commercial Paper aggregating to Rs. 1500 crores; ICRA Ltd. re-affirmed the rating of ICRA AA+ with a stable outlook for the Long Term Bank Facility, Short Term Bank Facility, and NCDs aggregating to Rs. 1230 crores, and re-affirmed the rating of ICRA A1+ for the Commercial Paper aggregating to Rs. 1500 crores, while also assigning a limit enhancement for NCDs aggregating to Rs. 500 crores and withdrawing a rating for NCDs aggregating to Rs. 300 crores, with all rating actions verified on August 7, 2026.
