Regency Fincorp Ltd. receives reaffirmed and assigned ratings from Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited

Regency Fincorp Ltd announced reaffirmations and assignments across a range of debt instruments and bank facilities from Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited (IVR), and Infomerics. Infomerics reaffirmed ratings of BBB for Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), proposed Fund Based Bank Facilities- Term Loan, and several INE-identified instruments (INE964R07069, INE964R07085, INE964R07093, INE964R07101, INE964R07119, and proposed NCDs and Bank Facilities), all with a stable outlook. IVR reaffirmed ratings of BBB/Stable for NCDs, proposed NCDs (both 20.00 and 200.00), and Bank facilities, while also assigning ratings for specific listed SEBI Simple NCDs. Additionally, Infomerics noted enhancements and reductions to certain debt instruments, and highlighted key financial metrics like CRAR, tangible net worth, and GNPA/NNPA, alongside proposed equity infusions and ongoing surveillance of ratings.
