Capri Global Capital's credit ratings upgraded by Infomerics for Rs 9,595 crore bank loans and NCDs

Capri Global Capital Ltd announced that, at the company’s request, Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited has completed a review and upgraded the credit ratings for its Bank Loan facilities and Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), assigning a rating of “IVRAA+/Stable” (IVR DoubleA+ with Stable Outlook) for both instruments; specifically, Bank Loan facilities totaling Rs 9,595 crore and Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs 3,000 crore, with both having been upgraded from IVRAA/Positive to IVRAA+/Stable, as detailed on Infomerics’ website and received by the company on August 7, 2026, at 08:43 p.m. (IST).
