Om Metallogic Limited plans to raise up to Rs 22.00 crore through a rights issue of equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, to eligible shareholders as on a record date to be determined, subject to regulatory approvals. The rights issue will be conducted in accordance with SEBI regulations, and the issue price, entitlement ratio, record date, timing, and payment terms will be determined by the Rights Issue Committee/Board of Directors and disclosed later; the number of shares to be issued will be determined after in-principle approval from the stock exchange. The Board of Directors approved this decision at a meeting held on August 10, 2026, which commenced at 6:00 p.m. and concluded at 6:30 p.m.
