Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited has received a contract from the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) for the procurement and operation & maintenance (O&M) of electric mechanical road sweeping machines for a period of 5 years, with a potential extension of 2 years. The project, covering the East Zone of Greater Noida, is valued at approximately Rs 243.22 crore. According to the company's disclosure, neither the promoter group nor any group companies have any interest in GNIDA, and the contract does not constitute a related party transaction. Trading volume reached 9.54 lakh shares today, marking a substantial increase of 725.84% over the one-week average volume. Antony Waste Handling Cell Ltd. experienced a sharp decline of 34.73% year-over-year, underperforming the NIFTY50 index's 0.01% loss.
