Caprihans India Ltd. sees credit rating upgrades from Infomerics and affirmations from CARE Ratings

Caprihans India Ltd announced credit rating upgrades and a withdrawal from Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited, alongside affirmations from CARE Ratings, impacting its various debt instruments. Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited upgraded the Long Term Bank Loan Facilities to IVR BB+/Stable (previously IVR BB/Stable) with an enhanced amount of Rs. 624.24 Crore (previously Rs 610.63 Crore), and the Short Term Bank Loan Facilities to IVR A4+ (previously IVR A4); CARE Ratings affirmed fund based facilities of Rs. 602.49 and non-fund based facilities of Rs. 21.75, both carrying ratings of IVR BB+/Stable and IVR A4+ respectively; Infomerics has withdrawn the rating for a Term Loan of Rs. 0.00 based on a No Due Certificate, while maintaining ratings of IVR BB+/Stable for Term Loans of Rs. 385.20, Rs. 90.10, Cash Credit of Rs. 97.69 and Rs. 1.00, Overdraft of Rs. 28.50, Letter of Credit of Rs. 20.00, Bank Guarantee of Rs. 0.25, and Forward Contract of Rs. 1.50, along with a rating of IVR A4+ for Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, and Forward Contract.
