TD Power Systems plans Rs 600 crore QIP via equity shares or other securities

TD Power Systems Limited plans to raise funds through a preferential allotment of equity shares to promoters Nikhil Kumar and Mohib Nomanbhai Khericha, issuing up to 6,25,000 shares at Rs 1,200 per share (including a Rs 1,198 premium) or up to 12,50,000 shares at Rs 600 per share (including a Rs 599 premium) post a share split. Additionally, the board approved a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) to raise up to Rs 600 crore through equity shares or other securities. The company will convene an Extraordinary General Meeting on September 10, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for these fund-raising activities.
