Bharatam Ventures acquires 100% stake in Penganga Sahkar Karkhana Private Limited

Bharatam Ventures Limited, formerly Pet Plastics Limited, reported a loss after tax of Rs 601.65 lakh for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to both standalone and consolidated financial results. The company’s basic and diluted earnings per share were (Rs 120.33) for both reporting formats, with a paid-up equity share capital of Rs 50.00. The consolidated results reflect the acquisition of 100% of Penganga Sahkar Karkhana Private Limited on May 27, 2026, which resulted in a net loss attributable to non-controlling interest of Rs 13.84 lakh. Statutory auditors reviewed both sets of results, noting no qualifications, and the company’s DIN is 07076684. Bharatam Ventures operates in a single segment and GST reconciliation is pending.
