S H Kelkar receives ‘Crisil ESG 52’ rating from Crisil based on FY 2025-26 data

S H Kelkar & Company Ltd announced that Crisil ESG Ratings & Analytics Limited, a SEBI-registered Category-1 ESG Ratings Provider, has independently assigned an ESG rating of ‘Crisil ESG 52’ to the company via email dated August 14, 2026, based on publicly available data pertaining to FY 2025-26, noting that the company did not engage Crisil for this rating; no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were indicated by any other rating agencies regarding any instruments.
