Autoline Industries' credit ratings reaffirmed by Informatics Valuation, loan facilities enhanced to Rs. 243.00 Crore

Autoline Industries Ltd announced today, August 18, 2026, that Informatics Valuation and Rating Private Limited has reaffirmed the credit ratings for the company's total bank loan facilities of Rs. 243.00 Crore, which represents an enhancement from the previous Rs. 150.50 Crore; the Long Term Rating is IVR BBB- / Stable, with the rating reaffirmed, and the Short Term Rating is IVR A3, also with the rating reaffirmed, as received on August 17, 2026, and in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
