OneSource Specialty Pharma Ltd announced rating actions from India Ratings & Research (Ind-Ra) and India Ratings, affirming and upgrading its bank loan facilities. India Ratings & Research (Ind-Ra) upgraded the long-term rating on bank loan facilities amounting to 11,250.51, assigning a “Positive” outlook and affirming the short-term rating of IND A1; additionally, bank loan facilities totaling 4,287.08 were assigned a rating of IND A with a “Positive” outlook. India Ratings upgraded bank loan facilities to IND A with a “Positive” outlook, noting an additional limits rating scheduled for August 17, 2026, while India Ratings and Research and India Ratings provided no further rating data or enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals beyond those detailed.
