Allied Blenders & Distillers receives credit rating upgrades and assignments from India Ratings and CARE

Allied Blenders & Distillers Ltd announced credit rating actions from India Ratings and Research and CARE Ratings, detailing upgrades, assignments, reaffirmations, and a rating watch. India Ratings and Research upgraded bank facilities amounting to 12,750 and assigned a rating of IND AA-/Stable/IND A1+ to new bank facilities totaling 3,250, alongside assigning the same rating to bill discounting facilities from IDFC First Bank (2,300), IndusInd Bank (1,000), fund-based working capital limits from IDFC First Bank (950), IndusInd Bank (1,000), Bandhan Bank (250), Yes Bank (1,000), and ICICI Bank (1,250), as well as term loans from Aditya Birla Capital (772), Bajaj Finance (513), Bandhan Bank (2,075), ICICI Bank (1,500), IndusInd Bank (1,000), and proposed bank loan facilities (2,390), while also assigning IND AA-/Stable to a term loan of 16,000; the agency also maintains an Issuer Rating of IND BBB+/Rating Watch with Negative Implications; CARE Ratings reaffirmed bank loan facilities of 500 crore at CARE AAA and assigned a provisional rating of CARE A1+ to a commercial paper program of 200 crore.
