Adani Energy Solutions’ ratings affirmed by India Ratings, totaling Rs 115,500 million

Adani Energy Solutions Ltd announced that India Ratings and Research Private Limited has affirmed and assigned credit ratings to its various loan facilities and debt instruments. Specifically, India Ratings affirmed the Long-Term Issuer Rating at IND AA+/Stable, affirmed the rating for Non-convertible debentures at IND AA+/Stable for an amount of Rs 14,000 million (reduced from Rs 15,000 million), affirmed the rating for Commercial paper (maturity date - up to 12 months) at IND A1+, affirmed the rating for Bank loan facilities at IND AA+/Stable for an amount of Rs 61,500 million (reduced from Rs 64,000 million), and assigned a rating of IND AA+/Stable for Bank loan facilities for an amount of Rs 50,000 million.
